"Look for something, find something else, and realise that what you've found is more suited to your needs than what you thought you were looking for..."

Among her three sisters and a younger brother she is the most lovable child of the Maurya family.
Living in nuclear family she never really lost the track of dis-respecting her values, morals and traditions.
She is cooperative,
She is candied,
She is charming,
She is silent,
She is simple,
And she is totally non-social girl of Lucknow University Journalism department which doesn’t quite fit the popular perception of being a Media person as people think if you are studying media you should be out-going and a social person. But 20 years old Pallavi have different thought on it...

My father is in RTO office and my mother is home maker. I have done my schooling from City Montessori School chowk branch and then I have done my Bachelors in journalism from University of Lucknow. I am not very much social. And I live in nuclear family from past six years.”

Q. – As you said you like to read? Who are your favourite authors?

A. - “Yes. I like to read Cheatan bhagat and Animesh sharma.”

Q.-What according to you, you are and why?
A) Player
B) Observer
C) Follower or
D) Leader

A. - "I am an Observer. Because you need to observe people so that you can act accordingly towards to them”

Q.-Don’t you think being a leader is more important then being an Observer?

A. - "In my opinion I think first you need to be an observer rather than a leader because if you haven’t observed them you will only give your point of view and will neglect them. The people who are following may be they are just following us for the sake of following, because from there point of view leader is meant to be followed. But if you observe people you will get to know what people think about you, what is there nature and accordingly you can react towards them”.

Q.-What accomplishment are you most proud off and why?

A.-"At school time I had never imagined that I will opt for swimming as I had aqua phobia since I was a child. But then I saw my sister as she was a swimmer. Than I gathered the courage and killed that fear by joining classes in my school and I came out as a winner. I won Inter branch swimming competition. That is one kind of an accomplishment for me”.

"The greatness of a man is not in how much wealth he acquires, but in his integrity and his ability to affect those around him positively."

Trend is changing and so is today’s youth. They don’t want to attend lectures and want to have fun. For them its fun, but later on they realise that its their few of the biggest mistakes that they have committed. But people like Pallavi, have set the benchmark for all those students who miss there classes and try and study at home as she feels that coming to college and not attending classes due to peer pressure is more than a bad thing rather than not coming to college and study at home. Now a days students don't want to attend their colleges and they just want to chill out with their friends. Many do this in the pressure of other friends and many just because they want to run away from studies. Now its time to wake up, Its an alarming situation... So now I urge all of you to take a pledge that we, the greatest creation of the Almighty, will not demean the precious gift given to us by God, the gift of life and the gift of teaching others what's right and what's not. We will fight against the most difficult times that come across us with full spirits and will rise up every time we fall. We will never, never give up. As Japanese proverb says, "Fall seven times, stand up eight" - and this eighth may be lucky chance which will bring you to your happiness.

"Running away from any problem only increases the distance from the solution.the easiest way to escape from the problem is to solve it in a day when u don't come across any problem you can be sure that u r travelling on a wrong path"

"If you want to stand out, don't be different, be OUTSTANDING"
